My Journey
When I was younger, I was deeply hard on myself—more than most people ever saw. The inner pressure, the way I spoke to myself, the fear I carried… it was intense and, at times, overwhelming.
Over time, that began to shift. Not all at once, and not perfectly. Some changes came slowly, through learning how to pause and relate to myself differently. Other times, something would shift in a way I couldn’t fully explain, but I could feel that I was no longer relating to myself in the same way.
Years of personal work—therapy, body-based and energy practices, and other forms of inner exploration—helped deepen that shift.
This relationship with myself is still something I tend to, but it’s no longer driven by fear or judgment in the same way. There’s more space now. More compassion. A different way of being.
This is the place I now work from with clients—understanding both the depth of inner struggle and what it takes to shift that relationship in a real, sustainable way. My own experience informs how I guide others with insight, compassion, and practical tools for lasting change.
Background & Experience
Before opening my private practice in 2018, I spent nearly three decades in the hospitality industry, including 13 years managing a multi-million-dollar business. I led a large and diverse team, navigating complex dynamics, supporting people through challenges, and making difficult decisions.
That experience gave me a broad understanding of people and real-life situations. I continue to work part-time in hospitality, which I genuinely enjoy. It keeps me connected to people from all walks of life and grounded in everyday human experience.
I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Small Group and Interpersonal Communication from California State University, Sacramento, graduating Summa Cum Laude and receiving Student of the Year in the department.
I hold an Associate’s Degree in Theater Arts and completed a two-year intensive actor training program. While I’ve always loved theater, I realized early on that my true calling was to help people in a more direct and personal way.
This led me to complete a Life and Business Coaching Certification through UC Davis and become certified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist through the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners.
Learning and growth have always been central to my journey. I continually explore new modalities, practices, and workshops, bringing fresh perspectives and tools to the work I do with clients.

More About Me
Outside of my work, I enjoy cooking and baking, spending time
in my garden, and being with my family and friends.
I love my dogs!! They are a huge part of my life.
I even home cook for them.
I also love to dance whenever I get the chance.
I value honesty, presence, and a grounded, real approach to life.
That carries into my work as well—creating a space that allows for both depth and ease.
That balance of everyday life, connection, and presence is what I bring into my work with clients.
